Hi, I’m Kayla Toon, founder of OpsWise Advisory.
After 5+ years helping a large, global healthcare company improve operational performance, I saw first hand how common operational challenges can hold businesses back and cost them a fortune. Whether it was misaligned forecasting, inventory issues, or process inefficiencies, the same themes continued to surface.
I started OpsWise in 2026 to help growing businesses overcome those challenges by providing simple, data driven solutions.
I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Finance and my MBA from Middle Tennessee State University, and I’m passionate about helping businesses operate more efficiently and effectively.
